Forever Therm Plus – 12 tablets

Forever DuoPure – 8 tablets
Forever DuoPure combines pomegranate extract and Japanese knotweed with Choline, folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, whilst the B vitamins and folic acid support many functions, including contributing to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

DX4 Useage
Breakfast:
Take 3 Forever Therm PlusTM tablets with 8 fl. oz. of water.
Mid-morning:
Take 2 Forever DuoPureTM tablets with 8 fl. oz. of water.Take 8 Forever SensatiableTM chewable tablets at any time throughout the day with 8 fl. oz. of water.
Afternoon:
Mix 1 scoop of Forever Plant ProteinTM with 8 fl. oz. of unsweetened plant-based milk or water.
Mid-Afternoon:
Dissolve 1 Forever Multi FizzTM effervescent tablet in a 10 fl. oz. glass of water. Also, drink 330 mL. of Forever Aloe Vera Gel®.
Evening (or before bed):
Mix 1 scoop of Forever Plant ProteinTM with 8 fl. oz. of unsweetened plant-based milk or water. Also, pour contents of 1 Forever LemonBlastTM packet into 8 fl. oz. of cool water and mix thoroughly.
